1. Zero File & Document Collection
When you use our Image Compressor, PDF Merge, OCR Image to Text, Resume Builder, Invoice Generator, or any of our 15 utilities, all computations are executed within your device's memory using standard W3C Web APIs (such as HTML5 Canvas, Web Workers, and WebAssembly). We do not store, copy, inspect, or transmit your documents.
2. Log Files & Server Logs
Like standard web hosts, our hosting servers may automatically log basic HTTP visit data, including Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamps, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks. These logs contain no personal document data and are used purely for security, infrastructure health, and trend analysis.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
ToolKhoj uses your browser's local storage (localStorage) to record non-identifying user preferences, such as your chosen color theme (Light or Dark mode). We do not use first-party tracking cookies.
4. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising
We may display third-party advertisements via Google AdSense to fund the free availability of our utilities. Google is a third-party vendor on our site and uses cookies to serve ads to site visitors:
